Delivery Policy

When do you post my parcel?

Although we endeavour to post most items the following working day, it may take 3-4 working days for your order to be despatched, depending on item availability and the order load we are handling.

We will also endeavour to email you to confirm despatch of your order/s, however, depending on busy periods, this may not be possible, so please assume we will post your order within 4 working days if you do not hear from us. You will, however, hear from us right after you make your order with an automated email response that will be emailed to the email account you entered when making your purchase or the account you register with us if you make an account. This automated email response will confirm that we have received your payment and that your order is being 'processed', which means it has entered our system to be posted within 4 working days. The status will remain as 'processed' from then onwards, even after your order has been despatched.

If you have waited for 4 working days for despatch and have not received your parcel/s within the time periods stated below, please contact us to enquire, on In your email, please specify your full name as it appears on your account, your order transaction number, and the date you made the order. This will enable us to investigate quickly and give you a quicker service. It takes anywhere from 1-4 working days for you to receive a reply once you email us, depending on the number of orders we are handling at the time.

Once items have been posted, please remember that the postal system is out of our hands and that delivery times may vary. As a guide, we are given the following delivery times for our parcels:

Within UK: 1-3 working days

Within the rest of Europe: 5-7 working days

Rest of the world: 7-10 working days

We also offer a 'Next Day' delivery service within the UK, if you select that option when you make your order and specify your delivery preference.

For the EU and International 'Express' service, we have been given a guideline of approximately half the above number of days for delivery (about 5-7 working days)

As we are reliant totally upon the postal system, please remember that sometimes, parcels are delivered quicker to certain parts of the country, so if you and your friend ordered on the same day, and your friend received their parcel today, it doesn't always mean you'll get yours on the same day. But, it does mean yours will be arriving very soon! In particular, for International orders, it is worth noting that once your parcel has entered your country's postal system, any 'holds' put on by Customs are beyond our control.

If you have not received your parcel within 15 working days, please contact us so we may enquire with the Royal Mail about your order. Although it is very rare for a parcel to go 'missing', we will do our best to liaise with the postal system to locate your parcel. All items are insured, however, please remember that we cannot make any claims until one month following the postage of the order.

What if my parcel/s are severely delayed or lost in the post?

It is extremely rare for parcels to go "missing" in the mail, with the postal services we use. However, once we have posted your parcel/s to you, we leave it to the postal company to deliver packages and so sometimes they may have delays with their services. This is completely out of our hands and is not something we can control. If you have concerns about your parcel, please email with your order details and full name. Within the UK, there is a 15 working day time period during which Royal Mail do not investigate any specific parcels. After 15 working days have passed, we are required to submit a claims form with your details, to seek a reimbursement for the cost of the items you purchased. Until this claim is complete and we have reclaimed your money, we are unable to take further action. With international orders, there is a minimum 30 working day period, before the Postal company will investigate. With international orders, often delays are caused by Customs holding packages, which is, again, out of our control. Every country has their own customs procedures with which we cannot interfere. In this case, we have to submit a claims form after 30 working days regarding your order and cannot take further action until they have investigated.

Again, since Customs procedures are out of our hands, any actions they take are not influenced by us, nor do we have the legal power to change their procedures. There are occasions where Customs will open parcels and charge 'Customs Charges' on the contents. We do not take liability for any charges that Customs put on orders. If you refuse to pay Customs Charges, they send your parcel back to the country of origin; however, they may not send it back tracked and if we do not receive the parcel back, then we are unable to resend or refund your order. If we are sent back any parcels, Postage costs are payable again by the customer; should you wish to be refunded for the returned parcel, we refund the cost of the items but not the original Postage charges.
